David is a visionary leader and non-profit executive with a distinguished 20-year career marked by strategic growth, impactful initiatives, and unwavering commitment to servant leadership. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and continuing education in non-profit management, David has consistently demonstrated his ability to build and empower teams that tackle significant challenges.

His early career included impactful work with Strikeforce, a national high school program promoting positive messages (featured on ABC Nightly News), and leading extensive outreach efforts for the homeless in Seattle. As a Senior Pastor, David cultivated vibrant communities and established NextLeader to provide strategic guidance and resources to fellow missional leaders.

In C-level roles as Executive Director, Vice President, and CEO, David has a proven track record of success. Notably, during the pandemic, he led his team to an extraordinary 52% increase in donations and an 89% increase in families served. Post-pandemic, he orchestrated a bold national expansion, extending the organization's mission across the West, Upper Mid-West, and East Coast. Beyond his executive roles, David has contributed to numerous boards, shared his insights globally in seven countries, and is a dedicated family man, residing in Texas with his wife Kandace and their two boys. In their leisure time, they find joy and relaxation on their boat, often reading or entertaining friends.
